Processing Disclosure: Beef shares are sold as ownership interests in a live animal prior to slaughter. The animal will be professionally slaughtered and processed under a custom-exempt, Not for Sale (NFS) arrangement. The resulting beef is intended for personal household consumption and is not USDA-inspected or eligible for resale.
